INDOPOSCO.ID – Health authorities in Gaza reported that the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks since October 2023 has reached 70,100 as of Saturday (Nov. 29, 2025).
In the past 48 hours, two bodies and 11 injured individuals were admitted to medical facilities in the territory, bringing the total number of wounded since the outbreak of the Israel–Palestine conflict in October 2023 to 170,983, according to officials.
Although a ceasefire was implemented last October, sporadic Israeli strikes continue to cause casualties. Reports indicate that 354 people have died and 906 others were injured in these ongoing attacks.
On Saturday, two Palestinian children were reportedly killed in an Israeli drone strike in eastern Khan Younis in southern Gaza, amid intensified military operations, according to Palestinian security and medical sources cited by Antara.
The conflict escalated on October 7, 2023, when Hamas-led militants attacked southern Israel, killing around 1,200 people and taking approximately 250 hostages. The assault prompted a large-scale Israeli military response in Gaza. (aro)
