INDOPOSCO.ID – Former President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) for the 2017–2024 term, Ira Puspadewi, along with former Commercial and Services Director Muhammad Yusuf Hadi (2019–2024) and former Planning and Development Director Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono (2020–2024), have been officially released after receiving rehabilitation from President Prabowo Subianto.
According to reporters at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) detention center on Friday (Nov. 28, 2025), the three former ASDP executives left the facility at 5:15 p.m. WIB.
Following their release, they greeted journalists who had been waiting since the morning and then walked to a press area to provide statements after being freed under the presidential rehabilitation policy.
All three had previously been defendants in a corruption case involving a business cooperation and acquisition process of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP between 2019 and 2022.
On November 6, 2025, while still a defendant, Ira Puspadewi submitted her plea in court, rejecting allegations that she caused state financial losses. She argued that the acquisition was actually beneficial, allowing ASDP to gain 53 ships with operational permits.
The panel of judges issued their verdict on November 20, 2025: Ira was sentenced to four years and six months in prison, while Yusuf and Harry each received four-year prison terms. The court ruled that the trio had caused state financial losses totaling IDR 1.25 trillion.
However, Chief Judge Sunoto expressed a dissenting opinion, stating that their actions did not constitute a criminal act of corruption.
On November 25, 2025, Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Minister of State Secretariat Prasetyo Hadi, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya announced that President Prabowo had granted rehabilitation to Ira Puspadewi and the other two defendants, according to Antara news agency.
On the morning of November 28, 2025, KPK confirmed that it had received a copy of the Presidential Decree on rehabilitation for the three former directors. (aro)
